Nichiei Ryu

Chairman and CEO

Born in 1970, Tokyo

In 1999, he co-founded the company with Mr. Sun Taek-Sang. After establishing the Japan-Korea bridge business for cultural and business exchanges, we partnered with the Korean government venture capital firm, Dasan Venture, to lead the operation of the "TechnoBlood & Dasan Japan-Korea IT Fund."

In 2003, we collaborated with the Korean government-affiliated Game Industry Development Institute to propose and realize a program supporting the entry of Korean online games into the Japanese market.

In 2004, we established CJ Internet Japan Co., Ltd., a joint venture with major Korean conglomerates such as CJ Internet, SoftBank BB Corporation, and Vector Co., Ltd., to attract Korea's No. 1 game portal site, "Net Marble," to Japan. He assumed the role of representative director.

In 2005, he became the CEO of the U.S. Nasdaq-listed company GRAVITY (NASDAQ: GRVY). He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Korea Game Association and held various positions in the Korean game industry, establishing a network.

In 2016, he returned as the representative director of our company and took charge of the VR business.

After graduating from university, he worked in content and media businesses, including event production, game development, and internet advertising at various companies. Launched several new projects and businesses. He joined TechnoBlood in 2014. Subsequently, he worked on service planning related to content, launched smartphone game security solutions in Japan, and established an esports business in 2016. He apointed as the head of the content business starting in 2016.

He appointed as a Director of TechnoBlood in April 2019. He founded TechnoBlood eSports in April 2021 and became the Representative Director.

Won Sool Lee

Born in 1973, South Korea

Well-known as a game producer in the South Korean PC game industry, Won Sool Lee has created several hit titles, including Astonishia Story, Darkside Story, Forgotten Saga, and White Day (Mobile / VR). He has been active in a wide range of genres and platforms, from RPG and horror to racing, and has continued his creative work in offline, online, mobile, and VR environments.

In 1999, he founded HanbitSoft in South Korea, where he contributed significantly to the development, distribution of PC game software, activation of the esports industry, information and communication infrastructure expansion, and the revitalization of internet cafe businesses, leading to a substantial economic impact of about 5 trillion KRW. He received the Industrial Award from the South Korean government in 2006 for his remarkable contributions to the game industry, becoming the first recipient of such an award in the gaming industry.

He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in October 1991 and obtained the qualification of a certified public accountant while working there. He became independent in March 1998 and established Yoshinaga Certified Public Accountant Office.

He appointed as an Auditor of TechnoBlood in December 2004. He appointed as a Director of TechnoBlood in March 2017. He reappointed as an Auditor of TechnoBlood in August 2019.

Tomohiro Suzaki

Born in 1970, Fukuoka

He joined CSK Venture Capital in 1994 and engaged in venture investment business, with several publicly listed companies in the portfolio, including mail-order companies. Later, gained experience in the management planning department of Doshisha (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange) and the launch of internet-related companies. He founded ICO Ring Co., Ltd., an IPO consulting company, in 2002. Currently, he holds the position of Director at ICO Ring while also serving as President of Four Seasons Holdings, Inc. (Kabushiki-gaisha For Shi-zunzu Horudingusu).
